Shipping & delivery policy

MetUpIn sells digital credits ("beans") and access to online and in-person networking. No physical goods are shipped.

Beans (digital credits)

Beans are delivered digitally to your MetUpIn account, linked to the email you registered with.
Delivery time: usually within a few hours of payment confirmation, and always within 48 hours.
You can see delivered beans on the Beans page and under My activity › Bean history.
If beans are not delivered within 48 hours, email us and we will sort it out. See our Refund & cancellation policy.

Meetups

Paid meetup sign-ups are confirmed once we verify the payment — usually within a few hours. You get a notification and an email when your spot is confirmed, and the meetup page shows it. Free meetups are confirmed instantly. Venue, date and time are shown on the meetup listing. No tickets are shipped.

Service area

The platform is available online across India. In-person meetups take place in the cities listed on the Meetups page.
