Refund & cancellation policy

No refunds

All purchases on MetUpIn are final. Beans (digital credits) and paid meetup sign-ups are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash once the payment is completed.

Meetups

The meetup fee (₹29 unless the listing says otherwise) is a commitment fee to hold your spot. It is not refunded if you don't attend or release your spot.
If we cancel a meetup, everyone who paid for it gets a full refund to the original payment method.
If we can't verify a payment, your spot isn't confirmed; write to us from Help with the payment details and we'll sort it out.

Beans

Please check the pack and amount before you pay.
Unused beans: there is no refund of unused beans.
Beans have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
If you withdraw a connection request before it is answered, the bean returns to your MetUpIn account (not as money).

Failed or pending payments

If money was debited but the payment failed, your bank or UPI app reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.

Facing an issue?

If your beans are not credited, or anything else went wrong with a payment, email us at hello@metupin.com with your registered email, payment date, amount and payment reference/UTR. We will look into it and get back to you.
